Reiki Level 1
Reiki is for everyone…coaches, teachers, accountants, therapists, mothers, fathers, doctors, nurses…anyone with a desire to nourish themselves, manage their energy levels and deepen their self practices. And in their own way share these practices with others.
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that is associated with the benefits of deep relaxation, stress reduction, more restful sleep, and enhanced immune functioning. Reiki supports our well-being.
In this class you will receive the Level 1 attunements and learn how to treat yourself, family, friends and pets. You will receive ample “hands on” experience.
EVERYONE can be attuned to Reiki. No prerequisites required!
This training will be held Mondays, August 5, 12, 19 and 26. 6:00-8:00pm.

Reiki Level 2
This training is available to anyone with Level 1 training. You will receive the Level 2 attunements and learn how to incorporate this new dimension into your expanding Reiki practice. You will receive three Reiki symbols, their meaning and the applications. The symbols allow you to send healing across time and distance, and support the deepening of all aspects of your practice.

Essential Oils 101
Have you been wanting to include essential oils into your self care practices? Do you want to learn how essential oils can address symptoms of stress, sadness, pain, digestive issues and exhaustion? As a yoga teacher, would you like to incorporate essential oils in to your classes safely and appropriately?
This workshop will cover:
- the history of essential oils
- not all oils are created equally
- how essential oils work and improve our health
- safety and precautions
- proper use and applications
- how to pair oils with energy centers of the body (chakras) to promote balance
- how to safely incorporate essential oils in to yoga classes to address specific conditions and promote well being
- experience yin and yang practices paired with essential oils
This workshop will be held Friday 10/25 6-9pm, Saturday 12-3pm and Sunday 12-3pm.

This is an advanced course in which you will deepen your understanding of basic pranayama techniques. It will be an exploration of your breath and its relationship to your subtle energy body. Each week you will be introduced to a pranayama practice to explore and eventually teach to an individual or class. You will explore sequencing techniques to experience the effects on the body and mind.
You will develop a daily pranayama practice of approximately 20 minutes. CEUs available for Yoga Alliance.
An 18 week course on Mondays at 6-8pm starting October 7, 2019 through February 24, 2020. No class on 12/23, 12/30.
Accessible Yoga – Yoga for Specific Populations/Conditions
This 45 hour immersion will provide advanced training for yoga teachers to confidently lead accessible classes for special populations including but not limited to seniors, students living with chronic pain, osteoporosis, arthritis, various levels of chair yoga and more. You will learn to use props and offer modifications to meet students where they are. There will be ample time for both practicing the techniques and leading others.
This program will be held over three weekends. March 13-15, 2020 – April 3-5, 2020 and April 24-26, 2020
45 Hour Yoga Nidra/Body Scan Immersion
Learn the art of guided relaxation. Yoga nidra is often referred to as “yogic sleep,” a paradoxical state of being between sleep and consciousness that’s conducive to deep emotional and physical healing, rewiring your brain, and self-exploration.
This ancient method of yoga is a very specific type of guided meditation. Yogic sleep is one of the most powerful tools that can be used to provide a person with a sense of calmness and relaxation. And at the same time this subtle body practice is one of the easiest types of yoga to practice and is completely accessible to everyone.
The practice serves as an antidote to modern life’s frequent fight or flight situations. It’s many benefits include reduced tension and anxiety and help with symptoms of pain. It has been used to help individuals cope with PTSD.
In this training you will learn yoga nidra as a self care practice, and the art of sharing this practice with others. Yoga Alliance CEUs available.
This immersion is offered over 3 weekends – May 15-17, 2020 – June 5-7, 2020 and June 26-28, 2020.
The Art of Relaxation – 45 Hour Immersion
Learn to share restorative practices and support transformational healing for your students.
In this training you will learn techniques for teaching all major categories of restorative poses (inversions, back bends, forward bends and twists) for students with varying capabilities. You will also learn principles of teaching restorative poses and applications of these principles to help your students therapeutically addressing anxiety, depression, chronic pain, digestion, insomnia, and more. You will learn to blend asana with other healing modalities for deep relaxation.
You will learn the art of blanket folding and the precise use of props to support the entire body for optimal relaxation.You will learn how to teach restorative classes as well as how to integrate restoratives into regular classes.
There will be time for direct experience of the practices and time practice teaching.
This Immersion is offered over three weekends: July 31, 2020 – August 21-23, 2020 and September 11-13, 2020.
