Thank you all so much for the feedback! It was so good to hear from everyone! Many of you are ready to come back to the studio for in-person classes. And a few are interested in an online zoom class. I even had a request for a class outside. I’m checking with the Chamber next door to see if we could use their back yard. Would anyone else be interested in that option?

As I mentioned in the last newsletter, things will be different. I have removed everything from the first floor…props, table, chairs…to allow for more space and less clutter. There will be markings on the floor for mat placements at proper distances. There will be 2 mats in each of the three rooms. You will need to bring your own mat/props.

Please leave personal items in the car to reduce risks. Masks must be worn into the studio, and remain on until you leave. Students must wash and/or sanitize their hands upon arrival.

It will be necessary to pre-register by sending me a text at 513-604-1798. First come, first served and no refunds for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice. There will be no sign-ins at the studio. No drop-ins.

I will start with a soft opening to work out the kinks. We sill start with two in studio classes; Tuesday morning at 9am – mixed levels, and Thursday morning at 9:30 – restorative. The restorative class will be gentle and mostly on the floor. But because we can’t use studio props, restorative poses will not be held as long. And I will be including longer Yoga Nidra practices.

I will be trying a live Tuesday evening zoom class at 6pm. You will still need to pre-register to receive a link to join. Classes can be viewed on your phone or computer. This will be a gentle, therapeutic class.

As excited as I am to see everyone, I have a huge responsibility to keep you safe. I don’t take it lightly. So please be patient as we travel these new roads together.
