Schedule Update!

Hello Friends,

Due to the current situation, all regularly scheduled classes at Loveland Yoga and Wellness will be closed through March at this time. I feel this is the socially responsible thing to do.

We practice in small groups, but we share a small space with communal props. And many of our students are in the at risk group of being over 60.

I regret that this is necessary, especially since we use the yoga techniques to reduce stress. Please continue your practices at home. You know how to do this! I may even get brave enough to try and video a short practice to post online 🙂

In the mean time, use this staycation to practice self-care. Pay attention to your breathing, move gently and relax a lot. Hopefully we will begin to meet again soon.

Schedule a private Urban Zen Integrative Therapy session combining the healing modalities of yoga (gentle movement, restorative positions, breath awareness, and guided meditation), Reiki and Essential Oil Therapy tailored to address your specific needs to reduce symptoms of pain, anxiety/stress, sadness, nausea, constipation, insomnia and/or exhaustion.

Real Yoga for Real People! We believe that every person- no matter age, health condition, experience or life stage can benefit from the calming and healing benefits of yoga. Therefore we offer private instruction and small classes for all stages of life—stressed out, over worked, injured, joint/back/neck pain, seniors, and more. Each class is tailored to the specific needs of the group.
