Due to the current situation, all regularly scheduled classes at Loveland Yoga and Wellness will be closed through March at this time. I feel this is the socially responsible thing to do.
We practice in small groups, but we share a small space with communal props. And many of our students are in the at risk group of being over 60.
I regret that this is necessary, especially since we use the yoga techniques to reduce stress. Please continue your practices at home. You know how to do this! I may even get brave enough to try and video a short practice to post online 🙂
In the mean time, use this staycation to practice self-care. Pay attention to your breathing, move gently and relax a lot. Hopefully we will begin to meet again soon.
